The Australian National University’s John Curtin School of Medical Research is Australia’s national medical research institute.It excels in multidisciplinary, translational medical research in fields including immunology, genomics, cancer, neuroscience and is the home to the Centre for Personalised Immunology, where Dr Julia Ellyard and Prof Carola Vinuesa have developed a range of autoimmune mouse models that recapitulate genetic pathways altered in human autoimmune patients.
